Registration

All Chipmunk Achievers classes are scheduled for four hours beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 1:00 pm.  We also currently have an option for you to have your child stay until 2:00 pm. The five hour day is an exemption granted to us by Fraser Health Licensing (This is an annual application and renewal process). Registration starts in February for the following September admission.

Please indicate on the registration form which weekdays are preferred and for 4 or 5 hours.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the REGISTRATION FORM [CLICK HERE] and submit it.

  2. Complete the PARENT AGREEMENT FORM [CLICKHERE] and submit it.

  3. Complete the EMERGENCY CONSENT FORM [CLICK HERE] and submit it.

  4. Please choose a payment option below and PAY $50 REGISTRATION FEE. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Post-dated cheques dated the first of each month. We will hold these in the office and process them each month.

  • E-Transfer sent to treasurer@nwlb.ca with Preschool and Child’s Name in the memo field.

Payment Options

PLEASE NOTE THAT

  1. Cash payments are not accepted.

  2. If you would like to set up pre-authorized direct deposit, kindly attach a void cheque to Application Form.

  3. Our preferred method of payment is E-transfer.
